UNESCO sites reccommended by Lonely Planet to visit in 2016

Why did #Transylvania make it to the top of our #BestinTravel recommendations for 2016? Here's why:
Head of the German LIMES Commission, Prof. Dr. C. Sebastian Sommer, holding a conference in Cluj
Authorities in central Romania want to include local sites of former Roman Empire Limes into UNESCO heritage list
Moldoviţa, the Most Beautiful Monastery Founded by Petru Rareș
Câlnic - from Noble Citadel to Fortress-Church
Saschiz, the Village of the Three Medieval Fortifications
